"I don't know what in blue blazes was going on at the Bostic agency yesterday 17th November 2025. but the unprofessionalism that was shown on the phone was outrageous. They called me to discuss the skyrocketing premiums I was facing. Out of nowhere the lady started screaming at a dog(s) that was in the office and what sounded like a child screaming. Yelling in my ear! I will be looking for a different agent."
